Is it really overpriced? I'm seeing stock TT's w/ stock turbos with 100k+ miles selling for $11k-$13k in Georgia. I was thinking this was a pretty awesome deal...What do you think it's worth?

Oh and, he listed this on 3ZC and said he just tested the compression and got 155-160 on all cylinders. But I was looking at some of his older posts and he said had 135-140 on all cylinders. Now...could replacing his head gaskets change it so much? And is there any reason why he'd change all the gaskets? I've been looking around and not too many talk about replacing the gaskets.
